Now in the final stages of building two homes (“LeapFrog Houses”), an infill project increasing the site's density from one to four homes targeting LEED platinum 100+.

Location: The houses are on adjacent lots at 541 & 543 SW Maplecrest Court in Portland, one block off Terwilliger Blvd. Parking’s available at Mt. Carmel Church, one block in on the right.
It’s an easy walk next door to the construction site.
Trimet busses #38 & #39 stop near the project - Maplecrest stop, near Riverdale High School.
